Gurcharan Singh Salotera

Gurcharan has been a NHS GP working within Hounslow (and neighbouring boroughs) for 8 years. He has also been a board member of Hounslow CCG for the past 18 months leading on crucial works streams including care homes and flu vaccination, more recently, Clinical lead of the successful Hounslow Covid-19 vaccination programme. Recently Gurcharan has been elected as Hounslow Borough Vice Chair (formerly Hounslow CCG). His portfolio includes being clinical lead for Covid-19 vaccination, Care home, adult safeguarding, Dementia, Chronic Kidney Disease, End of Life Care and Flu. In addition to being a local GP and Vice Chair, Gurcharan is also a School Governor at a local Primary School and also Co-Chair of a PTA (Parent Teacher Association). Through his knowledge of local communities and established networks Gurcharan is keen to ensure that activities offered by Lampton leisure are accessible to all communities thereby improving health and wellbeing within Hounslow. Gurcharan is also a keen sports person and a qualified Martial Arts Instructor.
